The accessible E-350 is identical in finish to our E-350 VIP — same cabin, same chauffeur standard, same booking. The difference is a rear lift and securement system in place of the rear luggage compartment, so a guest who uses a wheelchair rides with the group rather than apart from it. One call covers the vehicle, the route, and the timing.

No. It is part of the fleet and booked exactly like every other vehicle — one call or one form. Tell us a guest uses a wheelchair and the accessible E-350 is assigned to your date.
How many passengers does the accessible shuttle carry?
Fifteen passengers, chauffeur-driven, with a rear wheelchair lift and a securement system on board.
Can guests who use wheelchairs ride with the rest of the group?

How far in advance should we book?
As early as the date is set. There is one accessible shuttle in the fleet, so for weddings and peak event weekends it is reserved first-come.
